It's also designed for those who, for various reasons, can't visit Om Estètica Barcelona. Our goal is to be there for you, wherever you are, and help you learn how to care for and understand your skin.

How does it work? To carry out a proper cosmetic consultation, it is necessary to follow an organized protocol that we group into four phases:

1. Through a short, easy-to-fill-out form , we collect all the necessary information.
2. If desired, we can have a video call where we analyze the form together, resolve any doubts, and provide more information if necessary.
3. We'll send you the advice via email or WhatsApp so you can refer to it whenever you need. It will include your essentials, a complete routine, and product tips.
4. Finally, after a few days we will do a follow-up phase , to readjust the routine if necessary.

A good skin diagnosis is crucial. There's no point in using a cosmetic product your skin doesn't need. As expert prescribers, we want to recommend the products that best suit your needs.

What does it cost? Our consultations require dedicated time, as we study and analyze your skin and its needs. We take into account your living environment, your lifestyle, the products you use at home, how and in what order, and much more.

They are made with great care and attention, which is why we charge €30 refundable for purchases over €60 in our online store.
