Medical treatment (“the Treatment”)

In this regard, we inform you that your personal data, along with the results of any satisfaction surveys, will be used to evaluate your opinion and study your particular profile, with the sole purpose of improving the services we provide and thus tailoring and designing our commercial offers. In the case of collecting health data, the purpose will be to provide the medical services that, in accordance with your express request, are most effectively tailored to your personal and health circumstances. Health data will not be transferred to third parties, except when legally required or to pursue a legitimate interest of the company, a third party, or yourself, or as part of the chosen treatment. Regarding your health data, if it is not provided, Om Estètica Barcelona reserves the right to refuse the corresponding service. When submitting the application, you may also upload the personal data of other members. Therefore, we ask that you ensure this information is provided with the consent of your companions.
Transfer of your data
We inform you that we will have to communicate your necessary personal data to the different providers of the products and services that are necessary for the execution of the Treatment subject to contract, who will be obliged to use the data, solely and exclusively, to fulfill the purpose thereof and all this, by virtue of the contracts entered into with the third parties above.
Retention period for contracting data
Personal data provided during the Treatment will be kept while the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained and for a maximum period of, in the case of patients, at least 10 years from the date of discharge of each care process.

Additional purposes to the Treatment
