Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We don't currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
How much does shipping cost?
Mainland Spain: €5, free on orders over €50. Balearic Islands: €15, free on orders over €80.
How long will my order take?
We work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays ship on the next working day. See our shipping policy for detailed delivery times.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Exchanges & returns
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes. Contact our team within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Return shipping and collection costs are paid by the customer. See all the conditions in our exchanges and returns policy.

Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with your skin type and concerns and we'll recommend a routine. You can also read our guides and tips.
