Why add nutricosmetics to your routine
Creams and serums work where you apply them, which is almost always the face. What you take reaches the skin all over your body from within, including your arms, legs and décolleté, which usually get far less care. That's why it's such a good complement to the routine you already follow.

Assessment
Message us on WhatsApp or come to the centre. We look at your skin, your routine and your habits, and recommend the formula that makes sense for you. Free of charge.
28-day programme
Skin takes about four weeks to renew itself, so that's the minimum to start seeing how it responds.
Follow-up
At 8–12 weeks we check how it's going and, if needed, adjust the plan or combine it with your skincare.

Frequently asked questions
How long until I notice a difference?
Skin renews roughly every 28 days, which is why the programmes run in four-week cycles. It's usual to start assessing changes after 8–12 weeks of continuous use, always alongside a good skincare routine and healthy habits.
Can I combine several formulas?
Yes. In fact, Skin Ultimate and Skin Collagen Synergy already combine several formulas in one programme. If you'd like to put together your own combination, message us before you buy and we'll check it with you, especially so you don't double up on vitamin A.
Do they replace my cream or my in-salon treatments?
No, they're a complement. Skincare works from the outside and nutricosmetics provide nutrients from within. You get the best results when you combine both.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options?
The whole range is gluten-free. The vegan formulas are Skin Collagen Support, Skin Integrate 28 and Skin Collagen Synergy. Please note that Skin Omegas+ contains fish oil.
Can I take them if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Some formulas contain vitamin A and are not suitable during pregnancy.
How is shipping handled?
