  • Bifidobacterium Bifidum: A species that can live in groups, in pairs or even independently.
  • Lactobacillus Helveticus: Lactic acid-producing bacteria found naturally in fermented foods such as kombucha, kimchi and olives.
  • Lactobacillus Paracasei: Lactic acid bacteria, one of the most widely documented strains.
  • Saccharomyces Boulardii: Not a bacterium but a type of yeast; its first study applied to the skin was published in 1989.
  • Zinc: Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin.

Indications:
